On August 25, Controller BMS took part in an event of great importance to the company and its employees. Our owner-partners, directors and management team attended a high-impact talk held at the Seconci-SP Theater (Construction Industry Social Service of the State of São Paulo).
The talk was a natural continuation of our SIPAT 2023 (Internal Workplace Accident Prevention Week), themed “Say No to Harassment”. Controller BMS firmly reaffirms its commitment to the integrity of its employees and its complete rejection of any form of discrimination, whether moral or sexual.
The strong presence of our leadership at the event did not go unnoticed. These leaders champion Controller BMS’s organizational culture and therefore play a key role in sharing what they learned and in strengthening our mission to create a safe, healthy, harassment-free workplace.
The talk was truly eye-opening, offering valuable insights into preventing and combating harassment in the workplace. It also highlighted the importance of building a culture that fosters mutual respect and dignity in every interaction.
Attendees learned practical strategies to identify, report and combat harassment, and gained a deeper understanding of why it matters to create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. Talks like this are essential to raising awareness and driving cultural change in society.
Controller BMS firmly believes that respect and dignity are the foundations of a healthy, productive workplace. We will continue to invest in initiatives that reinforce these values and ensure that all our employees can thrive in a safe, harassment-free environment.
